Hi, I’m Cecilia.
I’m a UX designer with a background in customer experience (CX) and product support.
I’m interested in how users experience digital products in real situations, especially where confusion, friction, or unanswered questions appear. A lot of my perspective comes from working close to users and noticing patterns in feedback and support conversations.
My focus is on turning those insights into clearer, more usable product ideas, while working within real-world constraints like systems, teams, and existing product structures.
I’m currently building my experience in UX through exploratory and early-stage product work, and I’m looking for opportunities where I can continue learning through hands-on design challenges.
